The Owner in this place is always right and he said he can't give refunds. Ordered with app. Specified no onions. It shows on the receipt. Onions all over it. Owner laughed and blew me off when I brought it back.
Been enjoying subs from Subway since I was a child myself. There is no comparison or better sub from any other sub sandwich place.
Absolutely horrible customer service
As others stated they would not take my coupons. I ordered a 6 inch and was charged for a foot long. My entire order was close to $28. For fast food?! Will never go back to that shop again. UPDATE Told myself I would never go to subway again but got caught at a weak moment. Was at Walmart and under time pressures so went into Subway in the same shopping center.
