Went and got a 6 inch the bread was so hard I could not eat it. I took the top off and ate the bottom. Second time this has happened. Won't go back.
I just left this Subway, and I have to say Justin absolutely made my day. I was having a rough one, but his positive attitude and amazing customer service instantly lifted my mood. He was friendly, patient, and really made me smile without even trying. It’s rare to meet someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, but Justin definitely does. One worker, 12 people in line. Unreal
Get these poor people some help. This poor kid was running the entire place by himself with a line of six people, WHILE people kept interrupting him making other peoples orders. He was fantastic, but clearly you don’t care about your employees enough to make sure they arent stranded.
Found a dead fly in my sandwich. Worker seemed annoyed I am hard of hearing or maybe he was having a bad day. This isn’t the first time I have heard of bug being in good here. 100% will not be back
