Meatball marinara was terrible the meatballs are more then half the size they used to be,will not be going back there again.
"Orderd thru Doordash" The quality of food has gone down the tubes! Meatball Marinara missing ingredients and sloppily put together. Wrong chips & cookies! I was supposed to get a call if something was out of stock but received no courtesy call as requested. Oven-Roasted Turkey & Ham sub missing ingredients. Food prices have risen and now you get terrible food quality & customer service. This isn't just Subway, it's happening in most establishments nowadays.
This lady named gita is super cool and kind.
Don't bother to use mobile order if you want it made your way
The Nepalese lady who works there is very kind and has great customer service. She's fast and accurate. One of the best Subways in Baltimore imo. And I have been to many! Food is Fresh (relatively); Service has always been quick and pleasant; Location is always Clean.
