So I go into the Subway at First place walks into Subway at 8:40pm asked the two people there a young black hair girl and a young dark hair guy I asked are you closed the door was half way pulled neither could give me a answer they both look at each other so I asked again and still did not get a answer walked in the girl grabbed her gloves asked how many sandwiches with a very bad attitude she half did the sandwiches she used a plastic fork to put the tuna on the sandwich I assume they were washing dishes and did not want to... read more
Service was horrible. Zero communication.
Customer Service means everything & they don't have it here.
This is at least the 4th or 5th time. The subway at 19485 MS-67, Biloxi, MS 39532 closes at 10pm. So why is it when I show up at 9pm or 9:15pm the doors are locked and the gate is closed that separates the gas station and subway. Its really bad when you leave in a rural community that only has subway and yet they can't stay open to their POSTED hours!
