I walked in around 3:30 and there appeared to be only one employee working at first. I stood there for about 20 minutes until another worker came in — a very kind older man, probably in his 50s or 60s. He asked what I wanted and made my order without any attitude, so the service itself was friendly. The issue was with food safety. While making my 12-inch BLT wrap, he handled raw bacon to put it in the oven and then immediately touched the lettuce and other ingredients without changing his gloves. The kids they have working there have no sense of urgency. Its like they're wearing concrete shoes. It shouldn't take 30 min to get two sandwiches when no one else was in line.
