On June 7 This woman had a very nasty attitude. I feel sorry for the new Hire who is being trained by her. when I was being provided bad service, I asked if this place was a franchise and I was correct. This woman did not provide to me her name, but I will be putting a review for the Better Business Bureau. UPDATE: To prove I had such terrible service at this location I actually drove to 2108 East Pass Rd. and had excellent service after driving there minutes later
I was hungry and it was late for lunch so I stopped by to get a sandwich gave my order for a 12” outlaw on herb and cheese bread. I remembered that a coworker gave me a coupon for a free cookie and brought it up when I get both girls behind the counter yell at me that they don’t take coupons! Ok fine so I cancelled the order at most she might have had steak on the bread.
