I was told by the person claiming the title as, "the boss" that he doesn't have my order and wouldn't have it since they closed the registers at 07:30 PM, yet my order was to be ready for pickup at 07:55 PM but yet, arrived at 07:48 PM. I am appalled at the way the alleged owner talked to my relative. She placed a mobile order, which provided a completion time of 7:55. Her significant other (SO) entered the restaurant a few minutes prior to completion and encountered an employee (the alleged owner)who appeared to be unapproachable with the look of misery plastered across his face. Good cookies
As soon as I walked in I did not feel welcome. The lady that was assisting me was very racist pretending to not understand me ( I asked for bread and she gave me a tortilla). I corrected her multiple times and she ignored me and didn’t give me a second to tell her what I wanted on my bread. Instead, she left the counter and “helped” her coworkers. I will not be returning. Horrible service!!
