The staff are completely cold and standoffish. They don’t want you there, and make it very clear that you aren’t welcome. They made solid sandwiches, but not before they subject you to an uncomfortable ordering process, with snarky tones and a hostile demeanor. You will receive a palpable sandwich, but be prepared to linger on the edge of an argument while they’re making it. I recommend going to a separate location, as many of the previous reviews reflect the same sentiment as I wrote above.

I don’t understand why she was so rude . I work fast food I know how it is and you DONT have to be a rude. The young lady with freckles in the window needs a customer service training or fired because that was the worse order taking I’ve ever had do better.

The sandwich artist at this location was completely unsympathetic and deserves the worst in life. My dog had died 30 minutes before going into the Subway on Lee Highway and my wife was throwing up between fits of uncontrollably sobbing. I went into the restaurant located in the same shopping center that housed the emergency vet where our dog spent the last moments of her life.
