My first time going here. I must say that I really enjoyed my sub sandwich. I got the Philly Cheese with Lettuce, Black Olive, Banana peppers, Provolone and American chesse, four Jalapeño peppers, lol, the person fixing my sandwich laughing at me on my request, and he end up breaking all 4 of them into pieces 🤣, I thought that was too funny, I really don't eat them, but every now and then I will request for a few of them only 🤭 oil, salt & pepper and Mayo. I did an online pick-up order. It was quick and made as ordered. The store was clean, and the service was friendly.
Made a pickup order around 8:30 unfortunately ran a hour behind and tried to call but said restaurant was closed (9:30). Called next day to see if they still had it and yes they did out in the open for 17 hours ! The only option for me was to pickup and take the spoiled food not even a refund . If the manager at this location says that and doesn’t understand life happens .. I wouldn’t wanna eat at this location for the sake of my own health
I ordered a Philly cheese steak sandwich and that’s all I got there is salad I will never return to them and please go spend your money somewhere else. They don’t deserve the business.
