I came into the location at 1:50pm 03/22/26 The employee was kind of barking at me and rude and I just left my order which wasn't ready even tho I placed the order 30 minutes ago gor one sandwich. I left my unmade order behind because I don't want her to do anything to my food. I just can't trust a hostile employee with food.
District managers do better!! So they really really really need a fix the app to say they're not going to have the footlong cookie anymore, I went there to pick up my order to find I was given six chocolate chip cookies because she said they were discontinuing the footlong cookie I could have gone to the grocery store and gotten chocolate chip cookies. Came on 10/15/25 and the worker gene was very rude. put her hand in my face after I paid online bc she wouldn’t take anyone’s order, blew cigarette smoke in my face. I literally had to call the police because of how unprofessional and insane she was
