Great tasting Tuna.
Horrible service,, charged 30.00 for 2 sandwiches and I had a coupon 2 for 12.99 and a 5.00 cookie,, ridiculous when I tried telling the man that waited on me he got very rude, and threw a 5.00 bill at me. Still it was an over charge. Food had a hair in one of the sandwiches, called the store and he hung up on me,,, never will I return to any subway,,, the sandwiches seem to be getting smaller too. This was Ohio river blvd store in Pittsburgh. I will go to Jimmy John's from now on
Highly disappointed with my experience at this specific subway. I placed an order online to this location on accident & when I contacted them to let them know the mistake that was made they told me there was nothing that they could do. No refund, no voucher for another hoagie… nothing. There is no customer service option to contact corporate you have to contact the store directly. I’ve been a customer for years but I can say I will NEVER ever order from a subway EVER again. Huge disappointment especially in this current econ... read more
