Concern – in-store experience I’m writing to share feedback about an experience I had at one of your subway locations earlier today at 12:56 PM Sunday, December 15. I came to purchase a sandwich, but unfortunately the interaction with employee assisting me was very unpleasant. Jenna, Greyson and Alex are always friendly and professional. Fast service.
I ordered a 12 inch sub and two 20oz soda's for delivery. When the delivery arrived all three items we're in the same small paper bag. The sub wasn't even warm anymore from being in contact with two cold sodas, and it was mashed so severely that the ingredients of the sub were mostly on the outside of the bread. What I unwrapped was a cold mess. And of course there were no napkins. I don't expect employees to be rocket scientists but, it's only common sense not to put hot and cold items in the same bag.
Friendly helpful staff. Made our subs as we asked. Fast and efficient
