The employee serving us seemed uninterested in working and gave off a negative attitude. When I asked questions, the responses felt dismissive and unprofessional, as if we were bothering him. It made the whole visit uncomfortable and frustrating. I hope management can address this, as it really affects the customer experience."

Do not got here, stopped in and they told me sorry I cannot help you as we have an online order as I am standing there to order. Whoever was working should be fired on the spot. If one of my employees said that to a customer that was standing there they would never work again.
I had an absolutely terrible experience at this Subway location. I ordered a tuna sub, and the guy behind the counter, who I believe was Indian, was incredibly stingy with the portions. He barely gave me half a scoop of tuna, and when I politely asked for a proper scoop, he responded that it would cost extra. It felt like he was more interested in saving ingredients for himself rather than providing good service to customers. This kind of attitude is unacceptable in a restaurant.
