Tired of getting sick from eating here
Grace was the person who answered the phone when I called and she was also the person who made my sandwich. She was polite and knowledgeable and happy to help on the phone and the same when I met her in person. Good work Grace!
this has to be the worst subway I’ve ever been to. We live close and maybe come 1-3 times a month and the service is always terrible. There is a worker that speaks Spanish but refuses to help my husband (he only speaks Spanish) all the workers have a terrible attitude and are super rude. I don’t expect 5 star service I understand they are teenagers or young adults but they glare at you when ordering and overall the atmosphere is super negative.
They don't give you anytime to think about what you want & you have to scream to order. They can't hear you for some reason. I have a soft voice and not a lot of time. Jus wanted a Philly..
The store owner confronted me about getting a water cup even though I spent $100 with them in the last two days I was losing my voice and needed something to drink, not soda, but a splash of vitamin water, he was so combative he caused the scene I will never go back to this subway ever again
