First off there were 2 workers and the store was packed when I walked in wth 6 customers and I came in to pick up a Uber eats order and it wasn't ready yet. They fixed those 6 customers order first then they worked on the Uber eats order. I had a order in the car tht was getting cold, so tht customer is going to have to wait longer and get cold food because I accepted a order tht was not ready yet. Customer service stink before the woman could make my food I left very rude and wait time was ridiculous , I went to subway on camp Robinson my experience was amazing customer service was GREAT!! Maybe jfk yall can take some pointers from camp Robinson subway !! And by the way the lady was the shift leader being rude.
I went in today I ordered my sandwich I went for pick up and decided I would eat there as I opened my sandwich I was very disappointed in the whole thing the sub was not made any kind of way or order as I asked I'm not a poor sport but I asked the young lady if she had made it I told her the cheese was not on there and she asked me what did I want to do she suggested cheese be put on there without being g melted but I took it and I was trying to keep the peace but the more I looked at how she chomped me off so that she could... read more
