Luckily I kept the old sandwich that wasn’t made how I ordered it. I ordered an elite chicken bacon ranch with honey mustard, peppercorn ranch, and sweet onion sauce. I contacted chat support immediately on my mobile app because I paid through them. I let them know I didn’t have 2x the cheese, only two pieces of chicken, no ranch or honey mustard on my sandwich like I ordered. The sandwich was good and the girl working was real nice. But that bread is like a hot dog bun. It needs to stay in the proofer longer. A worker at the other Subway told me they under proof the bread so people will get less ingredients on their sandwich. Idk if I'll buy Subway sandwiches again 🤔🙃
What is up with the (only two extras allowed for veggies not asking for half the tub but maybe do a double portion at the least…?). Was greeted with the oddest experience when making my footlong sub, I was getting the veggies and when I asked for extra onions, two slivers were placed on my sandwich I asked for more and was informed that management said only two extras were allowed…. This proceeded to the pickles as well. but I got lucky with the olives I must've got 4 extra pieces! Sincerely a thoroughly confused customer….
