Management dont know how to serve and the lady name angel is so rude they don’t know how to talk with customers and don’t listrm what i need to put on my sub
The lady that was serving me her name was angel, her mom should have named her the devil instead because she was a nightmare from hell. She was asked kindly to put lettuce on the sub and she only put like 3 leaves and when I asked her to put more she shouted loudly well you should have said extra lettuce and then literally proceeded to put on 3 more leaves of the lettuce. To Management, Owners and whom this may concern: On this day Friday 6/20/25, an African American woman (wears glasses ) who works for Subway at this Pilot's store location approached the counter as I walked up to show her my phone with my delivery Door Dash info for Pickup she was very Unwelcoming and Rude, she also made a smart remark and said "And?" while shrugging her shoulders, I told her I received a message saying my order was ready, but she cut me off to say "No It's Not"! I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location. I came in tired and hungry, hoping for a quick meal, but was kept waiting for over 30 minutes with almost no explanation. When I politely asked for Italian bread several times, the employee became noticeably rude and dismissive. Eventually, she outright refused to serve me for no valid reason.
