Made an online order they messed it up and I called to get it fixed they hung up in my face and had an attitude. Argued about my sandwich being toasted but it’s cold?

Even when it looks empty they are busy and usually only 1 person working g. You'll be waiting 15 minutes in line then they'll say, "Break 15 minutes." They can't even have 2 people working.
I often come here during my lunch break and have never had a problem with the food or service at this location. The staff is always very kind and patient while taking my order and are quick to help if there ever is a mistake. 10 out of 10 would eat here again.
