Very upset, the door state they close at 9, I pass by at 8:45 and was closed already.

I just called to ask about the family pack subs and the lady was saying no that they don't have that and then I kept telling her she yes they do have it and she just hang up so no this is bad service never going to that subway again
I don't like walking into a build smiling & walking out with a stoneface in anger. This is what happnned at this subway in Madera. The hindu lady who serviced me had a careless welcome, made my sandwich as if she didn't want to make it. Very sloppy sandwich. It felt as if she didn't like me as a person & as a race. I paid for the sanwich & walked out wishing that i never should have went to a subway restaurant. After a feeling like this, i don't think i can eat another subway sandwich again.
