The lady owner is very rude and unprofessional. After she takes care of the customer, she will talk trash behind their back. She will talk to anyone willing to listen her talk crap. She has been caught numerous times not washing her hands. I feel bad for anyone who is treated poorly at this subway.
The manager/owner ( not sure her position) never washes her hands.
I've gone to this location a few times on my way out of Walmart. Around 10-15mins before 9pm and each time they refuse me service saying they are closed. Why say you are open until 9pm but close to customers 15 mins early. Customers may want to order on their way home from shopping and not carry their food through Walmart. What's 15 more mins of service hurting you?
Ordered online which according to their promotion would've cost $6.99. My order was charged the full $12 and the bottle of Sprite was a fountain drink, not actual product advertised. They messed the order up, leaving a topping off, and the bread was so hard it crumbled into a bunch of crumbs on both ends. Instead of apologizing for their errors they tried to blame me.
