TLDR: Great staff, but managers need to make sure there are at least 2 on shift! There was only one employee running the place. She was doing an amazing job dealing with a long line but the customers were getting frustrated by the wait and confused by the fast pace she was having to work at to server everybody. Great service. Bad management.
Barb has helped me all the times I’ve been in. She is super friendly and always makes a great sandwich!
The lady working was unbelievably rude. I try to have grace with employees because I work in food service, but her attitude was terrible. She seemed extremely burdened by my presence and made a few comments about whether or not I’ve ever ordered a sandwich before because I wasn’t doing it well enough.
Normally this location is top notch in every aspect. However, I had to wait at least 10 minutes for this lady to come outside from the back. The lady working this morning wasn’t happy to see a customer. Seemed like she was very unhappy to be at work. She didn’t greet or anything. Her attitude was very unprofessional. Not expected by this location. Never seen her here before. If she is working here next time, I am going elsewhere.
