Staff were extremely helpful and kind with my odd sandwich request. Will definitely be back.
I ordered me and my boyfriends food online using their website, set it for pick up. We both got the chipotle philly steak sub. They completely got the orders wrong and added extra crap to it. They didn't put the cheddar cheese sauce on mine that I wanted and even gave us both the wrong kind of bread. It was way too spicy for me to even eat because they added so many hot peppers that weren't supposed to be added to either subs. I wanted a bottled mountain dew as well instead of a small fountain drink.
3 employees and told they were to short staffed to make a sandwich. What a joke
These people can't read a ticket apparently. I order for the family every few weeks online and it seems like we can't have one meal without something being shorted or screwed up in one way or another. Please train your employees!
Says open but went in and employee said they were only taking online orders. Asked why and and the reply that’s what they were told. No one was busy doing anything Don’t understand how you can do business this way. People sitting in the store stated they came in and ordered
