The two employess at this location are horrible at their job. The sandwiches they make look like a mess. Its Sat. Mar. 15 2025, so you know which two I'm talking about!
I shouldn’t even have to do this. My husband ordered us food to be ready when I got off work last night. He checked out on the mobile app as a guest so he didn’t enter his name for the order. I get to Subway to pick it up and one lady refused me our food, even after showing her the confirmation (which YOU CAN CONFIRM on the receipt). Food that we had already paid for. Store is open until 10pm. We walked in a 8:45 and a young lady said, “sorry we are closed”. I replied, the OPEN sig. is on and the door is unlocked and no other sign on the doors. We ultimately went to the neighboring Subway. An hour later, we drove by and the lights still on and the OPEN sign still on. I spotted the young lady in the back standing near the kitchen appeared to be talking to someone else. I would guess the owner isn’t aware their employees are sitting around while not making any money for the store.
I had steak & cheese subs with banana peppers, pepper jack cheese, olives, pickles, onions, tomatoes, mustard, baja Chipotle, and vinegar. 4 stars. The associates were very nice and polite. The location was extremely clean. I recommend this location.
Last 3 mobile orders I got a meatball sub. Double meat, double cheese, extra banana peppers. All 3 times didn't get any of that. Few meatballs. N a couple banana peppers. First time I called to fix my charge for extra meatballs n was told a manager won't be there all weekend. Last 2 times I didn't even bother to call cuz what's the point.
