The sign on the door stated that they open at 9 am. I was trying to get in at 9:15 am. The worker inside didn't even acknowledge me and the doors were locked. I went somewhere else for breakfast. It was delicious there. Thanks for not opening the door.
Ordered DoorDash at 3pm, and they immediately cancelled it. Heard West High has been know for some time now, to close whenever they want, and not serve people. Ridiculous! Thank God, it got rerouted to the Southside business.
I came here the other day, the girls working said that we needed to leave because it was closed. It was 5PM. We asked why and she said they were out of bread. How do you run out of bread. You're literally subway.
Carl and the woman that was working with him was taking forever to put my mobile order together. Receipt says extra mayo on the sub and they put none. I call in to see if I can get the sub remade and they said I have to bring back the sub for them to remake it. That does make sense, however, I tore the sub apart looking for the mayo and then threw it away. Im not digging through the trash to repackage it just for proof that they messed up.
