I attempted to address this issue at the store the next day but they advised they were not able to help me since I did not bring the sub back that evening. I will not go to this Subway again. Poor customer service. I hope the owner of the store sees this review and will change the way these issues are addressed at their store. I ordered a 12" tuna sub. Everytime we use the app it orders from the nearest subway y'all are the worst my orders are always incorrect y'all should refund me for royaly screwing up my whole order wrong bread and no double meat awful waste of money I don't drive or ida brought the food back disgusting thanks
We submitted order online again & what I ordered & what I actually receive are two different things. I ask for toasted subs, they were not toasted. Tried calling right after submitting order to request extra toasting, tried twice, rings no answer. Apparently they don't hire enough people & there no where online for additional requests on your order. Unfortunately their coupons are for online ordering. That's the main reason they don't get our business very often.
Mikayla was great! Made my sub just how I like it and service was just as good! Thank you!!
