Do not go to this subway if you can. They made both my subs wrong and when I called about it I was given attitude like it was my fault? Asked about a refund and they said to dispute it with my bank then refused to give me a corporate number to call. Definetly just scamming people here.
I placed an order and had to cancel it over a month ago and still have yet to receive my refund! This store is greedy and I will never spend a dime in this store! Disgusting how you guys try to get over on customers! Clearly the manager must need it more than me….
I attempted to address this issue at the store the next day but they advised they were not able to help me since I did not bring the sub back that evening. I will not go to this Subway again. Poor customer service. I hope the owner of the store sees this review and will change the way these issues are addressed at their store. I ordered a 12" tuna sub.
