I placed an online order for a footlong and when I arrived it was a 6inch the guy behind the counter apologized and made me the other half on the spot. It's not only exceptional to own a mistake but he handled it with grace.
I'll keep this short by saying it was lunch and a show. The two co-workers working that day is a lady and a man and they would not stop arguing with one another in front of a line of maybe 10 customers. I was about ready to walk out but I didn't cuz I was running short on time and I needed to get some lunch. Needless to say I will not be back. We tried to contact the corporate office and since each of these franchises is owned individually it's pointless. But needless to say if I was managing this I would have fired them bot... read more
