Customer service was extremely lacking, he was snappy and I didn't feel welcome. Not coming back.
Hire more people. I had an online order that said complete and then had to wait 30 minutes after it said completed because the one employee working didn’t even start the order until after it was supposed to be completed. That’s ridiculous for 4 sandwiches that aren’t good anyway. Whoever owns this place needs to staff it. Update as I’m still waiting 40 minutes later. Bread was stale. Didn't make the order as instructed to on the app. Food was just old
I didn't catch his name but the guy working the counter was so sweet, attentive, and made sure my order was not just correct but extra fresh down to getting me fresh cut tomato for my sandwich. He deserves recognition from his supereriors.
