I've been going into the 81st and Lewis / City Plex location every Thursday for the past 7-8 months. It's become a ritual and my favorite part of my weekly appointments in the building. I worked in club/restaurant management for 20+ years and I am consistently impressed with this store. The staff is always happy, friendly and moving with a purpose but never appear panicked. We were a party of 3, (3 ladies working the counter) they took one of our orders while they were working there order I mention the lettuce looked old, absolutely no response. I then stood in line before they filled the 2nd order, which we had to tell them they hadn’t finished our order. They said they had to take care of the ‘call in’ orders as they came in. Really? This subway is a complete ripoff they changed me for double meat which is 3.50$ when it was only supposed to be 50% more meat which is 1.75$ and than also ring me up for a roast beef that’s 13.99$ when it was a tuna foot long that’s only 11.99$ so I got two foot long tunas add extra cheese and add roast beef they charged me 42.32$ when it was actually supposed to be only be around like 33.48$ and not only that the lady’s can’t remember what u want on ur food when u tell them it’s for both sandwiches.
