You'd think with two people working and no customers in front or behind me they would be able to get the job done. Still after asking us three separate times what we wanted they charged but didn't put it in the bag so I had to go back. When I did so Lori was so disrespectful and uncaring and she purposely took her time getting it as she argued with me and continued saying disrespectful things. This young black girl in the morning time today was rude as hell like the customer is not paying for the food but asking for free. No skills to handle the food or follow instructions. Packed sandwich in worng manner that it open with the wrapper . If you don't like your job or don't like to talk to people, then sit at home. Let someone passionate or professional replace you so that business can grow. She was frustrated in the morning in an empty store. Imagine how she would behave in busy hours 🤦♂️
Updated review: they're just about as good as any other Subway you go to, the only problem is occasionally the veggies aren't as fresh as you'd like to see but that's only when you hit them on an off day.
I get it, you work at subway but have some pride in yourself. I'm sorry I took you away from your phone, but why be rude? Maybe at some point you'll replace the diet coke that's out and not roll your eyes at the next customer who informs you.
