Very disappointing experience. I visited this Subway recently and was really let down by the customer service. The employee named Simran was extremely rude and unprofessional during my visit — she seemed impatient and dismissive when I tried to place my order. I am regular subway customer ! but this experience made me very uncomfortable. I hope management looks into this and ensures better customer service in the future.
Accidentally placed an online order to the wrong address but when I called the store to ask for them to hold it until I could get someone to pick it up, he refused and released it to the driver.
Came in at 18:20 and there was only one staff member working. To say the service was slow would be an under statement. There was no service. We walked out of the restaurant because we weren't waiting forty minutes for a sub. It wasn't busy in the store, but it took forever nonetheless. Management needs to do BETTER. This is ridiculous.
The store is a pretty decent size with lots of space, although there aren’t many tables and chairs for dine-in. The place is clean and well-kept. I ordered online, and when I arrived around 6 PM, my food was already ready, which I really appreciated. I only saw one employee at the time, but maybe it’s just a quieter hour. Overall, it’s a really convenient spot to grab a sandwich, especially since it’s close to my house.
