I had an amazing experience at Subway today, all thanks to Fenil—the sandwich artist who went above and beyond! He was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about getting every detail of my sandwich just right. You could tell he takes pride in his work, and it made a big difference. The sandwich was fresh, perfectly made, and honestly one of the best I’ve had from Subway. Great customer service like this deserves to be recognized—thank you, Fenil!
Food was stale and not fresh, and it was stiff to eat, felt I was chewing rocks, the rice bowl was the worse, and the amount of toppings were very less, no wonder there were no customers the whole time I was there
I did a pick up order through subway app . Almost 2-3 toppings were missing including cheese and sauce. It was made by an young Indian boy And bread felt like expired This was worst sub i eat
