I’m extremely disappointed with the service. I clearly requested to add sauces and remove the vegetables, and I was even told that the changes had been made. However, when I received my order, none of my instructions were followed—no sauces were added and the vegetables were still there. I ordered online and was there waiting before they had even started making it which was totally fine but while waiting one worker had to restart my sub because he couldn't follow simple special instructions. He proceeded to talk shit to another customer about how people shouldn't be allowed to type paragraphs for special instructions and complained to customers about how busy it was and overall seemed like a miserable person.
