It's been a while since I had a sandwich from Subway thought I'd stop in for a change. Ordered two footlongs and when it came time for the toppings this store seems to have changed to a policy of being extremely chintzy/ cheap on the veggies. I had to ask for a more lettuce to be added as one part of the sub didn't have any lettuce on it and the other half lettuce was barely covering the bread. Awesome healthy food
Staff member left alone without proper training. They have a sign in the window that says “buy 3 get 1 free equal or lesser value.” When we asked the worker if we could get this deal, she seemed very confused and just told us that she’s new and doesn’t know anything about that. We asked if there was anyone else around we could ask or she could ask and she said she was alone. We walked in last minute with a large order, and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Simran especially handled everything efficiently and with a great attitude. The sandwiches were fresh and delicious, and we truly appreciated their excellent customer service. Highly recommend this location!
