This might be the last time I visit this restaurant. I’m a big fan of Subway, but this particular location has staff who show no respect — as if you’re getting the food for free. The customer service is zero, and every time I tell myself to give them another chance, I notice the same thing: the staff here don’t seem to understand what customer service means. I won’t be coming back, and I’ll go to other restaurants where the staff at least smile at their customers.
The service at this subway is awful. They're rude. They have a drive-thru, but don't plan on using it to pick up orders unless you've got an extra 30mins to wait.. they offer doordash/delivery, but then don't wait on the drive thru window so drivers leave without your order.
The last 2 previous visits were 5 stars for everyone working, who was preparing sandwiches with perfection and with a decent and brief chit chat. Tim
