Excellent customer service and interaction
The person waiting on us was polite and customer driven. The price of a foot long is out of control for a Subway sandwich. $15 for a ham sandwich. Unacceptable for the quality you get.
Placed an order online on 6/6. Received confirmation and went to pick it up. The young lady behind the counter told me she didn’t have an online order other than the one she was just making. I tried to show her the information but she was done with the conversation. When I stood by to try and get something done, she asked me if I wanted to order something.
