Worst experience ever at this Subway. The guy working there — Chuck — has zero customer service skills. No greeting, no smile, no eye contact, and literally made a weird face when I walked in. I said hi, and he didn’t even bother to respond. Felt like I was bothering him just by existing. If you hate your job that much, don’t take it out on the customers. Never going back to this location again.
The big white lady who works there needs to be fired! She overcharged me and my partner her plain salami 6in sub was $9?!?! And she saw we were there together… and charged us separate meaning we payed more tax! Her service was horrible she didn’t smile once, she asked the bare minimum and almost toasted my partners sub after she said she didn’t want it toasted, she also put a whole salad of lettuce on her sub after she asked for a little, then when she asked for it to be removed she started throwing our subs around!
