This store is ridiculously understaffed. I waited 25 minutes at lunch hour to even begin to place my order because there was only one employee on staff. This is not about her - she was doing her best to manage the rush, make online orders as they came in, and bake bread, which they ran out of. This is absolutely unacceptable. I would have been better off driving to another location further away
Worst subway
The manager is really nice and helpful. We were trying to order through the app and she helped us out. The order staff seem really kind and friendly. It was really busy but they were really nice to customers and working continuously. 2 of them taking orders and one is getting things done. I don’t understand why people don’t get the point sometimes the workers don’t even get to eat lunch but still out there working constantly. This was not a good Subway. First of all they didnt have the whole wheat bread, but that's not a big deal. But then the regular white bread they gave me was old - crusty, dry and tough. The turkey was also dry, like it had been sitting uncovered all day, and tasted a little off. The sandwich maker piled all the toppings, including the condiments, right in the middle of the bun, not spread down the length of it.
