The manager is really nice and helpful. We were trying to order through the app and she helped us out. The order staff seem really kind and friendly. It was really busy but they were really nice to customers and working continuously. 2 of them taking orders and one is getting things done. This was not a good Subway. First of all they didnt have the whole wheat bread, but that's not a big deal. But then the regular white bread they gave me was old - crusty, dry and tough. The turkey was also dry, like it had been sitting uncovered all day, and tasted a little off. The sandwich maker piled all the toppings, including the condiments, right in the middle of the bun, not spread down the length of it. honestly the grossest subway ive ever seen, disgusting dining area. . garbage everywhere and sticky floors. everything was cross contaminated and in other bins, all of the vegetables just looked sad .(image shows cheese in almost every protein item) the worker i had refused to listen to me after they dropped my vegetables in the trash compartment for their bread papers and proceeded to put them back on my sub . i threw up in my mouth . wont be back .
Param does a great job—always friendly, hardworking, and keeps things running smoothly. The subs she makes are always fresh and put together with care. Really appreciate the effort and positive attitude.
