Buy a gift card for $25 for a promotion to get a free 6 inch sub on July 13 of this month. I go today July 24 and refuse to give the free sub despite having the receipt and the gift card. The reason given: it was last month promotion... What!? We are in the same month as the purchase date...
The closing time is 10 PM, but they will close the doors if they see a car pulling up at 9:30 and turn off the open sign at 9:20
Ordered online for the first time and was charged for "double meat" and did not get it. Very disappointing considering I was a regular customer... Won't be back!
I find this location to be pretty decent, a few times they were out of stock with certain items but nothing major otherwise.
