I’m giving this a 2-star rating mainly because the food did look fresh behind the glass. Unfortunately, everything else fell short. The service was disappointing—no friendliness, no smile, and not even a simple “thank you.” The interaction felt unwelcoming, even a bit dismissive at times. On top of that, my sub was poorly made, with about two inches on each end missing meat, which made it feel like I got much less than what I paid for. The staff was incredibly friendly despite the 31° temperature inside the restaurant. We ordered and they were very helpful, when we made a comment about the heat they said they were hoping it would be fixed soon but said it’s been broken since December. I don’t even see how that temperature can be sanitary for food that’s there. It’s definitely not an acceptable temperature to expect staff to work in all shift long.
actually this location must be 0 star rating. im so pissed off to the staff. she didnt focus on the customer in front of her. she keeps talking to someone. im so mad. this is the worst subway ever.
I went to this location for the first time about a week ago and I literally got there 10 minutes before closing. Thank you very much Navreet for preparing my order and helping me with a smile. I was apologizing for being right before closing when they’re ready to leave but she didn’t mind and was very kind and helpful. Great customer service thank you again Navreet!
I love to visit this branch, they are kind and make good sandwich.
