We bought 3 footlong subs on white tonight and all three had hard dried up bread. This is not the first time we encountered this problem here either. From now on I will be making sure the bread is fresh and soft or I won't be buying. We had an angry supper over this. ☹️

Made a mobile order and within 3 min of sending it in. I went into the store, there was no other customers, no other orders, no one in the drive through. So I said to the guy behind the counter. I have the Mobil order. He said that will be ready in 10 mins. I said … 10. Mins? As there were no other customers. He said he’s in the middle of doing something. Which was filling up the lettuce… then he filled up other condiments and containers. 5 min later after he went out back for a few mins he starts to Make my subs.
