I visited today around 3:00 PM, and I had a really good experience. The girl who served me had a warm, welcoming smile from the moment I walked in. She had a great sense of speaking, was polite, friendly, and made me feel welcome. She prepared my order carefully, and everything was fresh and delicious. Great customer service like this makes a difference. I'll definitely be coming back!
Rude staff that have absolutely zero respect of customers. One was talking on her earbuds while serving customers. Most importantly, no washrooms were operational according to the workers.
