I get customer service is hard, but everyone is always extremely disinterested, and this time the lady taking my order didn't speak English and (who I'm assuming is the manager) didn't assist in the process. Completely unacceptable customer service. Also, this location is always out of everything.

The guy with the long hair served me and was kind of rude. He seemed annoyed that I came up when they were having a conversation. The girl working with him was nice. He was also very skimpy on the meat and vegetables. Pretty disappointed because I really like subway, this was the first time I’ve been to that location and the worst experience I’ve ever had at a subway.
The service was terrible and the atmosphere wasn’t any better she was rude was rushing us and when we asked for a specific sandwich it’s like we had to read it out to her Im not sure how it works over there but in my job we need to have all the food memorized and there was also no mayo pre bottled. she rolled her eyes at us and we tired to be nice and understanding but she was just being a condescending person
5 stars because Kimball did such a great job today. He was super kind, patient, and made a great sandwich—even though he was the only employee there! I felt bad seeing him put in that kind of situation, having to juggle a growing line of customers all on his own. Still, he stayed calm and handled it like a pro. He deserves major credit for how he managed everything. I hope necessary steps are taken to not put the employees in that kind of stressful situation.
