It takes a lot for me to write a bad review, but I’ve given the spot a couple of chances several chances actually if you go during the day, you have a good chance of getting a great sub. If you go in the evening, you will be stuck in a drive-through where the intercom doesn’t work one employee working. every single time i come here during the night i sit for 30 minutes to a hour while they complain, smoke cigarettes through the window and do everything but make the sandwiches. currently here right now and have been here since 12:30am. only person in line btw. doordash orders constantly get cancelled or come HOURS late because they are not experienced. they need to change the whole night shift out asap.
They cant follow directions infront of you and cant read instructions if you call it in. 7 orders in a row. Done with Jeffersonville food employees. We need better people here that actually care about hospitality and learn to set their phones down while making people's food. And for goodness sake wash yalls hands. Dirty nails is gross as a food preparer. Just my thoughts. Not all employees are bad but man its getting worth it to go across the bridge for better service.
This is the dirtiest restaurant. I think i've ever seen in my entire life. If you go here, please go in. So that you can see your food
