Staff refused to make a chopped salad 4pm on a Monday. He said we don't make those anymore. Yet I stop by once or twice a week for them on my way in to work, and I ordered on yesterday. Told him that, and he said "well I don't make them on my shift." I worked for a Subway 2 years, it's not hard to throw toppings in a bowl and chop it up. He is just lazy.
The associate was rude and didn't listen how I wanted my sandwich. I told him I didn't want something on it and he still put it on there. So he remade it and left out the main sauce for the sandwich. Over filled the sandwhich with onions. I could not finish my food. He Was very rude and came up with some excuse as to why it was my fault he made it that way.
Compared to the Subway in Clarksville, IN, this Subway was great! They were friendly, didn’t cancel our order because of coupon discounts, and also recommended ways to help with our complaints about the other Subway. We will return and won’t be back to the Clarksville Subway until it is under new ownership.
Ordered through app. Didn’t put any sauces on that I selected. Extremely dry sandwich.
