I received the wrong order. I watched the lady make my sandwich but somehow I ended up with another customer's order. I only realized this after I got home and Subway was closed by then. No dinner for me.
The subway branch has very bad customer service. They’re not accommodative the manager there the lady is very rude. She has no work as sick and doesn’t know how to respond to customers. She lacks hospitality skills and sends away customers when they have a problem I try to get a sandwich however I told her her attitude was very, very cold because she kept rolling her eyes every time she had to ask me what else I wanted on my sandwich and yet it’s a whole process building a sandwich. The man and the women that are manager are so rude. Can’t even get a refill in peace without them staring you down going to the soda machine . Mad service , they don’t even wear gloves . Touching your food and everything
