You would think that ownership would learn from all of the recent negative reviews, but it seems this isn’t true. They deliver tiny portions and mediocre subs for exorbitant prices. When you go to subway, you reminisce about the $5 footlongs which were a staple for me. But now, especially from this location, I barely get anything added to my sub, and it is $18. It’s sad, really. Go to Jimmy John’s next door which is still overpriced because they’re in Bellevue, but at least tries with it’s portion sizing.
I observed a staff member re-packaging a partially consumed sandwich for another customer. Immediately after handling that exposed food, the same employee proceeded to prepare my order, touching fresh ingredients, without changing their gloves.
Store was empty, pick up marked as ready at 1:05, and yet I had to wait 10 minutes for one sandwich. $20 btw
Just your average subways… I don’t think it merits a one-star review Actually, the nice smells wafting from the subway was what drew me inside, I was debating between the JJ and Panera Bread nearby, but my nose led me here. One-man band holding it all together, props to them!!
