Store was empty, pick up marked as ready at 1:05, and yet I had to wait 10 minutes for one sandwich. $20 btw
Just your average subways… I don’t think it merits a one-star review Actually, the nice smells wafting from the subway was what drew me inside, I was debating between the JJ and Panera Bread nearby, but my nose led me here. One-man band holding it all together, props to them!!
I visited this store at noon today and encountered highly unsatisfactory service. The staff member was dismissive, implying I was requesting something without payment, and responded rudely when I inquired about restroom facilities, stating none were available. It is disappointing to experience such unprofessional behavior, particularly at a store located in the heart of downtown. Additionally, she handled my sandwich and drink order in a careless and unprofessional manner.
