Was pretty disappointed how bad the customer service and lack of compassion the lady working today demonstrated. People aren't at the hospital for no reason theyre already under alot of stress. To be greeted with such an ugly attitude and poor communication was disappointing. Do better
The lady could at least act like she somewhat likes her job. After dealing with hospital stress her attitude was the last thing I needed.

The resturant doesn't close until 10pm. However all the doors to get in to pick up our order were locked and the resturant wouldn't answer their phone. We finally gave up at 10pm since that's when they close.
DO NOT GO HERE. Made an order on the app and payed ahead of time. Doors were locked. Called 7 times and no one answered. No way to request a refund. Worst customer service and it sounds like the food sucks anyway.
