This subway cancelled my order not professional
I ordered from Subway using a Buy One Get One (BOGO) coupon and placed my order for pickup. When I arrived at the store, I was shocked to find that my order had been canceled without any notice. The staff was incredibly rude, showed no remorse, and acted as if this was completely normal. If certain locations don’t honor BOGO deals, why even list them as participating? This was a complete waste of my time, and the attitude of the employees made it even worse. Extremely disappointing experience!
I literally just left Subway to get me a sandwich me and my daughter. I already had issues with the lady making my sandwich I really want her to remake it, but I was like you know what I'm just going to take the sandwich. When I get home to bite the sandwich I noticed that the bread was so hard it's so hard that the bread is crumbling. I can tell that while they were making the sandwich he didn't look that way, but they could feel it and know that the bread was hard that's the whole thing of subways having fresh everything. ... read more
