This is my $11.50 salad. It came with no tomatoes a half a bowl, sorry, it's excuse for a salad that costs eleven freaking dollars

Staff easily confused, needing direction and repeated instructions. They put smaller amounts of ingredients on subs than all other Subways we've been to. Both sinks in the women's restroom had barely a trickle of water... gross! We found a men's hair in a sub, as well. While we were there, 3 customers were in line, getting no service. One left, clearly frustrated. To top it off, they are dishonest about recycling. The place/hole labeled "recycling" opens into the same trash bag as the "trash" opening.

Ordering was fine. We went through drive through and placed our order. Then we sat and waited 10 minutes before speaking with someone inside. Asked for a pizza and was told it’s only an inside option. There was no soup but was on the menu, no type of milk, but on the menu. Then our Order had all the wrong toppings and did not get any of the right items besides the drinks n chips. Service was minimal and short worded. Sad that employees are leaving a bad name on a good company. Pretty flowers outside though.

On Sunday 24th, I went in around two in the afternoon with my boyfriend and there were two boys working. Travis had previously been helping the customers that came in before us and after he finished their order; he turned to the back and asked his coworker to help him, who refused. Travis is an amazing worker, he worked around issues and had excellent communication skills. We made sure HE got his tip rather than his incompetent, lazy coworker who hid in the back and let Travis do all the work. God bless Travis!
