I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I usually order the tuna sandwich and have been getting it the same way for many years. The day I visited, it happened to be the “Meal of the Day.” There were two employees working. A younger girl making the sandwich and an older woman (around 50 years old) near the register. The new management for this place is horrible, they didn’t want to honor my order that I had already paid for thru the app, she said she was the manager and that if I came back ever there with the same order she will not give me the items that I already paid for. I’m taking this to corporate I don’t care, they need to be held accountable. I asked for my sandwiches to be toasted. I attached the picture and you can see for yourself if it looks like toasted. All this instructions were in an online order. Can’t follow a simple instructions. Stay away from this place. Probably mess up your order too. Freaking attitude too from that old lady.
