I normally never give such bad reviews however, I had to post my experiences with this place. Multiple times I've gone in and done a pickup order and the people are rude or incompetent. The las time the toaster wasn't working and instead of calling and telling me they told me when I got there and used the microwave to make my food. Waste of time. Today I place an online order with a coupon. The person there calls me and tells me that the order has to be canceled because I could not use the coupon for the sandwiches I ordered... read more
We used the app to order in lunch, selected our sandwiches through the app with the coupon code and it cleared. The lady rudely called and said "Did you read the coupon" and we replied " Yes, even the app cleared the coupon" she proceeded to say she was canceling our order so rudely! Don't go there! I've been there a few times and each time she was short and rude, but today was the last day!
I have never been so rudely spoken to in my entire life. I will go out of my way to go to any other subway just to be treated with basic human decency.
The attendant charged me 4 dollars in a water because she said she had to consume something to use I asked my children to use the bathroom she treated me super rude looked with eyes of contempt
