I went there to pick up my order and I tried to call about it the lady I was talking to hung up on me I called back later to ask if I could speak to the owner and she told me it's impossible and hung up on me again definitely not very customer-friendly

This is the second bad experience we've had at this Subway. 1. Put in an online order and it took well over 30 minutes for it to be fulfilled. They were fulfilling walk in orders. 2. This visit they did not provide the proper amount of drink cups (did not realize until getting home) 3. There was hardly any meat on one of the sandwitches. Last time they got an order completely wrong. Overall, unimpressed with this location.

1. So I'm told I get a footlong for $6.99 I have four days. I show up on the 4th day to get the footlong for $6.99 she said she doesn't know what I'm talking about. Pfhh! 2. After 3 subs I get a footlong for free she told me. I go to claim my free footlong she told me they're not on my account the lady must have forgot to ask me and place the ones I bought on my account. This place is a freaking joke! I'll never go there again!
