My best Subway experience in Grand Forks. The young woman who served me (I believe her name tag showed AJ) provided excellent customer service, the sandwich was awesome and the restaurant was super clean. Very refreshing change from what I have experienced at other locations in town.
Nice clean place with indoor and outdoor seating, food was fresh
Waited 30 minutes in the drive through for 2 subs and 3 cookies and the subs were entirely wrong from the bread to the meat to the vegetables. I also didnt receive my 3 cookies.
Before I used to eat there but now it has become a chaos bad service I bought a subway and some flies stopped and I told the girl who was on duty and better she got angry she had to call the Asian lady who was there and there is no more only one changed me but I don't even feel like eating anymore if the bread stopped the flies also means that everything stops they should inspect the place more
This is the second bad experience we've had at this Subway. 1. Put in an online order and it took well over 30 minutes for it to be fulfilled. They were fulfilling walk in orders. 2. This visit they did not provide the proper amount of drink cups (did not realize until getting home) 3. There was hardly any meat on one of the sandwitches. Last time they got an order completely wrong.
