Very horrible customer service. Ordered a sandwich took one bite out of it and the meat was bad. Went back to clerk to explain the meat was bad, she said the meat was good but she doesn’t eat meat so she couldn’t tell. Refused to give a refund or credit of any kind. “Jimmy” even though that wasn’t his name says he is the district manager, refused to help as well. Escalated to corporate.
This place is super clean and a pleasure to eat here.

This subway is sad & I hope it closes soon. The two ladies working on 3/5/25 are lazy and horrible attitude & skimped my sandwich because they made it wrong
Used to visit weekly. But it’s gone downhill. Something’s changed for the worse.
