Horrible management Jimena or ximena whatever her name is doesn’t have any customer service skills whatsoever. If I could give this 0 stars I would. She gave me the wrong sandwich and did not fix the problem nor acknowledge her mess up. Not going to this location again The other young lady with the braces was very nice and helped more then the manager.

I placed an order through Grubhub and unfortunately received the wrong items. When I contacted the Subway location, Joshua provided excellent customer service. He handled the issue quickly and ensured that the correct order was delivered. His professionalism and dedication were greatly appreciated. Thank you, Joshua, for going above and beyond!
I leave reviews regularly, but this one is especially important because this situation was not just bad service — it was dangerous and completely unacceptable. This Subway location has a history of carelessness. The first time I had an issue, they ignored a clear allergy warning and used a knife that had been in contact with tomatoes — which my child is severely allergic to — to prepare our food.
